DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Reporting to Sales Manager Preparing for quotation Archiving documents Liaise with principal, company client, customer, market and other Prepare the customer database, sales & md's schedule, sales report, schedulling and tracking the delivery of goods, all marketing activity, and report periodically to spv and manager. Prepare the document for every project and all marketing team's need for the business Support any additional project task Collect receipt, payment evidence and others document related to cost of project Prepare, create and update cost/claim report Record, update and maintain database project
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 35 years old Candidate must possess at leat Bachelor’s Degree in any field At least 2 years of working experience in administration, secretarial, or sales & marketing Able to work in project and good administration skill Having skill of problem solving and negotiation Able to work independently or team Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision Detail, high initiative and work high accurate Required language(s): english Required skills microsoft office Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervision) specialized in clerical/administrative support or equivalent. Able to join immediately Possess high integrity, high spirit and energy to lead control improvement process Must have good discipline, strong initiative, result oriented with strong personal drive
