Evaluation of the supplier performance (SPR) for each delivery based on the Purchase Order value exceeds RM5K. Analyze the Touch & Go utilization on monthly basis. Receiving the data, summarizing and advice the Regional Head. Maintenance and upkeep of the office equipments. Advice Regional Head on the Accounting terms and conditions. Coordination works between Region and Section Offices on all related tasks. Managing document control system in proper way for all related tasks. To assist HR Executive on distribution of stationeries to Section Offices. To undertake any other duties/tasks as instructed by the superior.
