DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Issuance of employment contract, perform contract & related documents briefing to new joiners; Monthly payroll processing – Overtime, leave management & etc and salary credit as per timeline; Distribute e-payslips as per timeline; Maintain all necessary personnel and payroll records; Comply with all applicable statutory requirements, Employment Act; Send renewal reminder to clients and follow up prior to contract end date; Prepare extension, conversion, non-renewal, acceptance of resignation or termination letters to employees; To issue invoice and billing to clients; Credit control - Assist to follow up payment status from clients Providing report to clients as per SLA Manage employees, throughout the employment cycle (hire to retire) which include effective performance management and disciplinary issues Communication with clients and employees on general and related enquires, via email, WhatsApp, mobile calls as per SLA; Update and maintain proper filing for all related documents; Insurance enrolment/termination for eligible employees Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by management and senior
REQUIREMENT

Fresh Diploma Holder / Degree Holder in Human Resource SPM Holder with experience are welcome to apply
