DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide general IT support to office/warehouse users, including corporate application, software, peripherals to make sure the IT operations environment is stable and fulfilled corporate policy.
Act as tier 1&2 IT support to business units with responding in a timely manner.
Work closely with Helpdesk and vendors to provide IT supports to store units, make sure service delivery is accurate, including POS system, hand-held devices, telecom infrastructures.
Deploy IT policy, issue feedback and project implementation according to the requirement and guideline of headquarter.
Ensure the sales data are uploaded to the fiscal data center completely and accurately.
Prepare, maintain IT documents and provide technical training to office users and partnered vendor.
Gather local system error, report to headquarter in a professional way and follow up
