DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Liaise with internal stakeholders in HR processes related to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development and employee welfare
Handle day-to-day HR transactions, queries, data updates and maintain personnel files on a timely and accurate fashion
Create and maintain employee contracts
Manage, update and maintain employee’s personal data and benefits
Responsible for paperwork required for HR related activities such as probation, confirmation, leavers etc.
Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees including employee orientation and exit interview
Support with any HR engagement / welfare activities.
Assist with any internal / external audits and ensure that working practice in HR is following standard operating policies for ensuring compliance with local and regional legislative requirements
Assist in the identification, selection, coordination and execution of all training and development activities
Track and maintain the regional training calendar
Support any implementation, maintenance and changes of internal HR systems or any improvement projects from time to time
Support with any other regional or global HR projects as and when may be assigned
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Human Resource or any relevant fields
Minimum 3 years of HR experience
Meticulous, highly organized, strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
