DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To enhance and develop Trade Operation Team capability to have more effective and efficient sales operation :
Identify Current Condition of Trade Operation Team and build plan to enhance their capability, related to their Job Success Profile.
Build Monthly or Quarterly Training and Development plan (Schedule) for Trade Operation Team.
Implement and Execute plan and discuss with Management team regarding the progress.
Develop Basic Operational Guideline for Trade Operational Team and distributor to implement daily operation basic :
To create basic operation SOP as a Main Guideline in Trade Operation.
Review and check our Field Implementation quality and build action plan to make number one quality result, and share best practice in field operation.
Collaborate with Senior Field Team, to discuss and evaluate current basic operation, in order to build continuous improvement in Trade operation.
Guide and improve distributor operation to follow Glico Standards Operation Guideline in their daily operations. :
Coordinate with Trade Field Executive to develop our Frontliner Capability and workflow.
Develop Communication board, as a tool to communicate between Salesman to distributor and distributor to Glico Indonesia
Initiate transfer knowlege between distributor, Field Sales and Glico Head Office as a LEAN process. (Kaizen)
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Education Bachelor Degree S1 (Any Major)
Min. 5 Year experience in FMCG Industry iss a mandatory, MNC FMCG is an advantage.
Having experience in Sales Operation Development and Field Sales is a Mandatory.
Fluent English speaker and writer is an advantage.
