DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

In-Charge of overall academic department To oversee the whole academic department process including marks submission Monitoring student's assignment submission progress, keying of marks filing Handling to students queries, replying to letters, extensions of Projects and assignments submission Liaison with the respective lecturer on assignments / Marks etc To send out memo/ letters and all other related students communications In charge of students finance To update filing systems accordingly Computer knowledge is a must To handle office operations / administration
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a DEGREE, in any field. Diploma will be considered if they have the relevant number in admin/academic field At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good people & Organisational skills Familiar with education / academic system, requirements and expectations Self- starter, dynamic and providing consistent leadership Must be attentive, efficient and proactive at all times Must be a self-starter, resourceful, ability to learn and result orientated Excellent relationship building skills (communication, listening, empathy, instructiveness skills, leadership quality) Ability to work independently and as a team Proficient in communication and written English and Bahasa Malaysia Applicants must be willing to work in Hartamas Female Only Race : Malay Age between 23 - 40
