DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Regular reporting including payment tracking report and acquisition tracking Support vender payment including vender setting and A&P payment fulfillment STAR bonus coding system operation and acquisition welcome gift fulfillment. Acquisition related customer inquiry handling, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and ascertain customers’ needs and wants Support card acquisition marketing material design and production.
REQUIREMENT

Basic administration skills Familiar with Excel, Work and Powerpoint. Solid communication and interpersonal skills Customer service focus Bachelor of Marketing or equivalent required.
