DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating system, network, and application. Talking staff or clients through a series of action, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up system or resolve issues. Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. Depth knowledge on Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows Server, and Linux.
REQUIREMENT

Has a bachelor degree in Information Technology Preferably with a minimum 2 year of experience in the same field Expert on computer hardware, software, printer, and network devices. Having a good knowledge about CISCO, CCNA certification holder will be an advantage Has a good analytical and sense of troobleshooting. Self motivated and ability to work in team or individual
