DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support daily administration and system inputting works, as well as ad hoc sales projects as assigned Act as a coordinator between Marketing and Sales Departments on resources, information requirements and other affairs Maintain proper filing system of departments and newspaper promotion monitoring & upkeep Handle Invoice settlement and outstanding invoice payment checking Provide onboarding and exit arrangement for the teammates Take notes of department meeting if needed Basic Power Point presentation support
REQUIREMENT

Associate Degree or above At least 1 year working experience, prefer in FMCG or F&B industry Proficiency in written and spoken English & Cantonese High level of attention to detail, adaptable, well-organised, multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, proactive Familiar with MS office application and Chinese Word Processing Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
