DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Establish and maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems according to office procedures to ensure the expeditious retrieval of information
Booking conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc..
Work as a liaison officer between the management and the staff
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails, copying, binding, scanning etc..
Prepare important letters that are circulated in the office
Compile all the daily reports from various departments
Reply to all the correspondences that arrive in the company
Prepare the agendas before every meeting and distribute them to all the staff members who are supposed to attend the meeting
Arranging meetings and other gatherings
Monitoring stationary level and ordering of office supplies
Maintain the inflow and outflow of goods (food, paper, pens, pencils, notepads etc.), arrange for repair and maintenance of office equipment, receive, store and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
Run company’s errands to post office and office supply store
Processing expenses sheets and invoices
Operate all the office filing systems
Maintain all the daily transactions like those of a petty cash account
Maintain up-to-date employee leave records
Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
Answering telephone calls and passing them on
Covering the reception desk when required
Other duties as assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENT
Min. GCE "O/A" Level MS Excel, MS Office Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels Entry Level Applicants are welcome to apply
