DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensure that everything runs smoothly (proper working order) from the time the shift begins to when it ends
At the beginning of each shift, they ensure that sufficient raw material is available to meet the production quota
Responsible for meeting production and quality in a safe and efficient manner
Since the machine consists of several functions, operators are required to have multitasking capabilities to operate: hoist crane, material filling, sealing / sewing repacked material, labeling and/or automatic weighting
They are also responsible to perform both preventative and general maintenance on the repacking machines which includes cleaning and changing any sensitive part of the machine, namely: hopper, valve and the dust collector. This includes a clean work area
It is imperative for packaging machine operators to be physically dexterous as they are required to perform many physical tasks, such as lifting and transporting heavy objects as well as requires walking or standing most of the time during the shift. Since they often have to work in warm work environments, they need to be able to withstand machinery-produced heat. This position may be required to work weekends and/or holidays
REQUIREMENT
Age 18-24 years
Education minimum SMA / SMK equal, in priority the Department of Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience as a Machine Operator, especially packaging machine / packing
Can operate the continuous packaging machines to changing production requirements
In prioritizing which can repair damaged machine
Able to work with the target
Honest, diligent, thorough and responsible
Physically and mentally healthy
Ready to work hard individually and in teams
Willing to work on shifts and overtime
Precedence who live in the area Purwakarta
