Managing data in an organized manner and not easily accessible by irresponsible people. Perform archiving for all related documents, both in hardcopy and softcopy. Storing hardcopies and softcopies of important documents in flash drives or external hard drives or compact disks and placing them in fireproof cabinets. Make a complete list of stored documents. Dual control of document fireproof cabinet keys (not holding keys alone). Ensure the validity of documents before the due date expires. Assist in making meeting schedules and coordination with related departments, and assist in borrowing meeting rooms. Prepare required legality documents. Conduct field visits as needed. Receive incoming emails and document into files or folders. Assist in follow-up and coordination if there are project emails that have not been responded to by the relevant department. Submit requests for vehicle or taxi usage to the relevant department. Submit requests for office stationery to the relevant departments. Inform the facility management department if there are incomplete documents. Lead the support team to ensure they provide optimal service. May provide direction, training, and support to support team members, to improve work efficiency. Organize human resources required for support operations.
