Responding to customer complaints and comments. Organising special promotions, displays and events. Day off – will be on weekdays and must work during holidays as well. Check the attendance of the staff, are they wearing the uniforms, make-ups etc and cleanliness at the counters and act accordingly. Check the display, brandings, visual etc. if necessary arrange accordingly to get the customer attention after confirming with the shop manager. Check if there is any misuse of testers / stocks. Make notice to the shop manager and take immediate action to rectify the same. Will be responsible for the missing/damaged testers/stocks from the counters. Check the sales and stock reports. Acknowledge the report each day after verifying the same. Will be responsible for any discrepancies in these reports. Check the sales payment and the sales bills at each counter on a daily basis. Will be responsible for sending the reports to the buyer on a weekly basis. Supervisor should have the exact inventory of stocks/testers/gifts at the counters and should have cross checked once in a week. Will be responsible if there is any discrepancy and have to be reimbursed back the cost. Check if there is any stock / tester requirement, forward to the buyer for processing and follow-up if the merchandises are not come on time. After receiving the goods if there is any missing / damaged products make immediate notice to the senior for the solution. Make notice to the shop manager, if anything is required for the counters.
