Inventory Management. Co-responsible for providing day to day help desk support for end users in office – including setup, troubleshoot, migration, backup, restoration and deployment of new or existing PC and Laptop. Co-responsible for providing support for IT Infrastructure related equipment – All-in-One printers, Wi-Fi access, Door access, CCTV system, Phones as well as Video conferencing device. Co-responsible for liaising with vendors on IT-related outages and I.T. procurement related to price quotation, support contracts, warranty and services, as well as follow through. Primarily involved during the whole process of Disaster Recovery in the event of activation. As and when required, standby or involved in after office hours I.T. related jobs or issues.
