Manage reports in CRM SAP and SFA as a tools for a way of working on daily routine, with the usage of Project Management, Customer Management, Complaint Management, Sales Force Automation, Absence and all the features of CRM SAP and SFA 6. Close coordination with internal cross-function teams: Technical Team, Product Development and Customers Sales to ensure smooth collaboration in achieving target.
