ASM undertakes the assessment and approval of the TSS travel / business plan every month. ASM should conduct a Review Meeting with Distributor by first checking AV and issues in the field along with alternative solutions offered. Make sure all Distributors do a Monthly Meeting with Salesman Distributor. Provide an ALPEN report to TSS and analyze the ALPEN report to each TSS / Distributor.
