Jakarta International College (JIC) was established in Jakarta in August 2002 as a contribution to the education for Indonesian people. JIC was set up by a group of professionals who care and are committed to offering high-quality education with an international standard. For the past eight years, JIC is the official provider of Monash College Jakarta and Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY) and has successfully delivered the Australian pathway programs, in Arts, Business and IT, which offer students direct entry into the second year of a wide range of degrees at Monash University Australia/Malaysia, as well as other well known universities in the world. As a sign of JIC's continuing development, we have now expanded to include a new program, Pathway to American Degree Program from Western Michigan University, USA. The transition from school to college or university is demanding, especially if it involves another language or culture. We understand these challenges and as such have developed a quality program and a supported learning environment for our students.
