In 2003, Sonic Sales and Dist. Inc wa organized and operated in Manila. SSDI was the exclusive Unilever distributor in Quezon CIty area.
SSDI moved its operations to Davao City and operated as the exclusive distributor of Unilever products in 2006.
In 2009, it expanded its operations to include Uniever Food Solutions (UFS).
Unilever/RFM Ice Cream (URIC) was added to SSDI's business in 2010.
