Company Overview

In 1970, a 10-person company was established and operated as the sole distributor of Toshiba lifts and escalators. After decades of hard work and the dedication of our staff, it has developed into what it is today - a diversified global conglomerate with around 10,000 employees working in its subsidiaries and associated companies with a presence in Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Canada, USA and Australia. Our company name, "Chevalier" is a French word meaning "Knight", signifying the untiring spirit of Chevalier Group's staff members in achieving outstanding results and providing the best quality service to our customers. Our staff's dedication in striving for customer satisfaction and quality excellence has earned us our esteemed reputation in the industries. No doubt the continued success, development and growth of the Group’s business are of utmost importance. Chevalier Group, however, has not forgotten about corporate social responsibility and has been most committed to upholding the belief of giving back to society. We have always served the community through active participation in community affairs, sponsorship of charitable activities and support for the development of arts and culture. I am delighted to have had the opportunity to work with the most devoted and capable Board of Directors and loyal staff members in the past decades. Together as a team we saw Chevalier Group overcome the numerous difficulties and challenges that faced Hong Kong. This would not have been possible without the immense effort put in by everyone in the Group. I am very pleased and proud to say that we have successfully measured up to the name and spirit of “Chevalier” and I am confident that Chevalier Group will continue to thrive and reach new heights under the leadership of the Board of Directors.
