Excelsis Learning Center is Qualified Tutoring Service in Indonesia. It is an educational institution founded by ITB (Institut Teknologi Bandung) alumni who excel and care to advance education in Indonesia. ELC consists of professional tutors and teachers from both local and expat, who have a high GPA, are trained and certified as teacher. ELC has a vision and mission to help every students succeed in they studies, get satisfactory results, and gain high competence to advance the nation.
