DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information System/ Management Informatics or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
Ready to work in shifting time (3 shift per day)
Have experience handling ticket troubleshooting which escalated by Helpdesk Team (L1)
Troubleshooting PC, Notebook, Scanner, Printer, Network Setting, Installation Software
Update ticket status to the Helpdesk Team
Network support, physical layer (cabling)
Server support (backup report, access maintenance, batch monitoring, physical monitoring)
Information security support (update patch (biq fix), antivirus (Symantec), internet monitoring (Blue Code))
TRIA Production Support (training will be provided)
Deployment management (standardisation)
Asset management
Make sure the meeting room already prepared
Make sure the antivirus update
Knowledge able in Cabling, Data Center Backup, and basic networking
Knowledge able in Windows 98 / 2000 / XP, 7,8, server, TCP/IP and LAN
Have an Excellent communication skill (in English and Bahasa)
Have good attitude (ex. discipline)
