DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social, media and/or display advertising campaigns
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Has massive knowledge in digital industry both in Indonesia & worldwide Experience in digital marketing of FMCG/Consumer Health Industry at least 3 years Having experience in leading e-commerce team will be an advantage Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
