DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Accountable for achieving budgeted sales volumes, prices, and profit margin also strategy for telco/hotel and property key accounts and accountable for managing the sales orders. Convert existing leads into profitable and sustainable sales Seek new business opportunities and maintain existing business Focus on value-based selling Develop strong relationships at all levels within key account clients' organization Consult with multiple resources and departments to understand clients' business and continually position our products to deliver solutions Track market trends and gather intelligence related to clients and competitor Prepare the annual account plan in line with the national and regional account plan strategy and implements the sales strategy Contribute to the development and implementation of local and regional marketing strategies
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor or Master Degree 4 – 8 years experience in the similar field Sound understanding of the culture, politics and (regulatory) policies in Indonesia and a good insight into the telecom, hotel or property industry Strong experience in Negotiation Modern, consultative sales techniques and results orientated Highly analytical, converting trends into actions Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Able to communicate in English is a must (oral & written). If can speak Mandarin is more preferable
