DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Works closely with the FOM on day-to-day Housekeeping and laundry requirements.
Bekerja sama dengan FOM pada kebutuhan Housekeepinga dan laundry sehari-hari.
Participates in all department heads meeting.
Berpatisipasi dalam semua Rapat Pimpinan Departemen
Supervises all line and recommends the maintenance adequate quantities of cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies with due regard to deliver requirements
Mengawasi semua lini dan merekomendasikan pemeliharaan jumlah yang cukup dari peralatan pembersihan dan persediaan pembersih dengan memperhatikan persyaratan pengiriman
Ensures that scheduling, recruiting, training, recommend hiring, discharging and discipline of all departments’ staff through the management and according to labor regulations.
Memastikan penjadwalan, perekrutan, pelatihan, merekomendasikan perekrutan, pengosongan, dan pendisiplinan semua staf departemen melalui manajemen dan sesuai dengan peraturan tenaga kerja
Trains all staff to perform the standard procedures.
Melatih semua staf untuk melakukan prosedur standar.
Develops the Housekeeping and laundry system and procedures and see if they are followed.
Mengembangkan sistem dan prosedur Housekeeping dan laundry serta memastikan apakah sudah berjalan
Daily inspection of public areas, rooms, laundry and staff lockers.
Inspeksi harian untuk area umum, kamar, laundry dan loker staf.
Maintain laundry operation, revenue and cost, as pre-planned standard setting.
Mempertahankan operasi laundry, pendapatan dan biaya, sebagai pengaturan standar yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya.
Immediately gives intention to the complaints.
Segera bertindak cepat dalam mengatasi keluhan dari tamu
Coordinates the preventive maintenance schedule of rooms with the Engineering Department.
Mengkoordinasikan jadwal perawatan preventif kamar dengan Departemen Engineering.
To follow the principle of the Cost Reduction on a daily basis while performing within the workplace
Mengikuti prinsip Pengurangan Biaya setiap hari saat bekerja di tempat kerja
To perform any other tasks deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the organization

REQUIREMENT
Age Maximum 35 years old Having a good knowledge & Skill of Housekeeping Department. Holding minimum of Bachelor Degree of Hotel Management / related educational background. Strong leadership Able to work under pressure Having Target Oriented and can do attitude Having minimum 5 years in same/similar position in Housekeeping Department Good performance, creative and excellent attitude Good command in English writing & speaking.
