DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships, on the restaurant floor and during restaurant operational hours, needless to state that this includes evenings and weekends
Web-site update, email campaigns and guest communications
Social media management and engagement
Graphic design skill is a plus
Manage the restaurant databases
Assist in organization of day to day business, group bookings, parties or events (both in and outside the restaurant)
Continuously seek ways to maximize revenue, covers, average spend and profit
Handle guest and employee enquiries and problems in a professional and friendly manner
Assist with promotional and marketing related tasks
Administrative tasks
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic, positive and lively character
Command of the English language (both written and spoken)
High level of organization
Able to operate in a team – family operating spirit
Previous PR / Marketing experience
Ability to operate Adobe Photoshope and Illustrator is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work according to the needs of the business
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
