DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Compensation & Benefits: Administer and manage total compensation and benefits structure, including payroll administration
Recruitment: Responsible for recruitment matters, from placing advertisements and arranging interviews to coordination and administration of HR records of new hires
On-boarding: Coordinate induction program for new hires to ensure smooth on-boarding
Learning & Development: Partner the Management to coordinate training programs for employees within approved budget, as well as monitor effectiveness of programs
Performance Management: Assist in implementation & management of performance management system
Employee Relations: Assist in facilitating employee communication; serve as main point of contact to handle queries and grievances of employees
Policy Making: Work in partnership with the Management to design and implement policies to engage employees
Additional Role & Responsibilities
Support and administrate internal general IT matters
Overall general administration and office management
REQUIREMENT
Possesses about 8 years of relevant HR generalist experience
Degree in Human Resource/ Business (Administration/Management)
Excellent knowledge about local employment practices and labour laws
With a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously, effectively managing workload without continual guidance
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization with proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to work under pressure/ tight deadlines and keen attention to details
