DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Programme Planning
To support the Head of Marketing & Communications in the development of big, small and always-on Marketing programmes in Hong Kong
Contribute to the development of integrated and online marketing strategies designed to generate brand awareness, store and online traffic, customer engagement and prospective customers’ data acquisition in Hong Kong
To lead the strategy and development of the right media mix across owned, earned and bought for each programme to maximise media dollars to reach the targeted audiences above and below the line
To ensure all messages, mechanics and calls to action for each programme are accurate and delivers the set objectives
To share marketing plans and initiatives with the wider Lane Crawford teams to ensure product, service and message synchronisation across communication and commercial channels is achieved
To share learnings and valuable insights about programme and best in market practices with the team
Programme Delivery and Management
Manage the calendar of Hong Kong activities to ensure full alignment with the connected calendar which reflects all marketing activities across product and service, online and offline in Hong Kong
Work with Planning and Insights team to formulate traffic, engagement, customer acquisition and sales targets for each programme and across each Hong Kong location and online
Manage the Hong Kong marketing budgets, ensuring activities achieve set targets and are delivered within budget
Track, measure and report on performance of the various marketing programmes providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to other key areas of the business
Collaborate with the various customer-facing teams such as online retail, store and customer care teams to deliver an enhanced connected customer experience
Partnership Management
Work with Head of Marketing and Communications to develop a Hong Kong wide partnership strategy to increase the reach of a wider and relevant audience, enhance customer acquisition opportunities and deliver value to all parties involved
Further build and develop the network of key partners in Hong Kong
Plan and deliver all partnership activities in Hong Kong, always ensuring full adherence to brand guidelines

To build a personal connection with each team member, taking time to understand them individuals and identify ways to motivate, retain and engage them
