DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Supervise processes and KPI’s associated with the receiving and dispatching of inbound and outbound freight, to ensure product delivery and integrity; enforcing proper use of the routing system,
Schedule work force to meet daily operational demands; verify certifications and qualifications, and monitor individual employee productivity levels.
Ensure drivers are adhering to CSA (Compliance, Safety, Accountability) rules, following proper vehicle maintenance and safety procedures, and are set up for success each day while keeping driver morale high and providing exceptional customer service.
Monitor system interfaces with external suppliers to identify and correct any errors that impact product movements.
Manage suppliers, materials and inventory in a manner consistent with the SOP.
Work closely with the central team to understand business requirements, implement new processes, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field
Working knowledge of current warehouse rules/CSA laws and experience guiding drivers in compliance, i.e. hours-of-service (HOS) compliance, driver fitness, unsafe driving, vehicle maintenance, controlled substances/alcohol, and crash indicator
Experience with routing and driver scheduling in a warehouse delivery process, retail industry with multiple brand is a plus
Ability to deliver positive customer service
Exceptional organizations skills
Willing to be placed in Gunung Putri, Bogor
