DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Deliver excellent level of customer service to maximise sales potential and ensure total customers satisfaction Motivate, coach and mentor team members to deliver optimal results through established or new processes Manage the on-going improvement of the related working process Conduct regular department meetings to communicate with team members Supervise customer service staffs to ensure operational efficiencies. Monitor the performance of the Customer Service Officers Other adhoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT

Diploma / Degree or equivalent study Fluent in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients) Has an appetite for providing service excellence Strong communication and interpersonal skill Good at multi-tasking and good team player Keen to learn and has good working attitude
