DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Review and generate invoice Complete payment transaction according to agreed terms and conditions before releasing vehicle Check and tally daily sales collection and submit daily report including outstanding cash payment Provide assistance and support to Customer Service Advisor Verify customer’s signature/identity on the gate pass before vehicle key is issued Obtain customer’s signature on the job card for tow-in vehicle Answer and transfer telephone calls Record messages accurately from customers
REQUIREMENT

PC Literate Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint). Present disposition and customer service oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
