DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To be part of the HR team and provide support to the team, in supporting the School overall mission and objective Leading and providing payroll support for employee(s) Leading and processing of payroll and payment records Managing and ensuring accurate posting into payroll journals and accrual of specific pay items Preparing of analytical reports on staff cost matters Maintain payroll staff job results by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results Manpower planning and budgeting Manage tax matters with IRAS P-Card and Travel Card cost allocation admin and payment processing Procurement for HR-related function Managing all Withholding Tax method Processing of invoice
REQUIREMENT

Degree holder in Human Resource or its equivalent Experience with any payroll system software will be an added advantage Meticulous and able to produce high-accuracy work Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge in Accounting would be an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office
