DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting and support of servers and infrastructure in Data Centre. 2. Perform daily managing of server hardware and system software including patching and upgrades. 3. Ensure standards, procedures & documentation meet compliance and internal / external audit requirements. 4. Manage and implement system change requests and participate in after office- hour support. 5. Understand user requirements and translating into into actionable deliverables. 6. Manage vendors on performing maintainance activities and change requests, reviewing and approving their work and tracking their SLA.
