DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Direct visual and artistic projects Provide and promote direction of projects Provide artistic inputs to direct team across different media through videos, documentations, storyboards, or sketches Motivate team in maintaining clear artistic direction and consistent mood Liaise closely with Creative Director, department Leads and stakeholders in making sure visual direction is in consistent with client’s expectations Manage and oversee overall work of artists as required Provide guidance and seek consultation from production team to align visual direction Provide guidance to art team with regular feedbacks and annual appraisals.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or other related field of studies 5 years of experience in console game development/video games production/console game company 2 years of experience as Art Director or a Lead Art role, and involved in at least one production cycle (start to finish) Outstanding knowledge in art fundamentals, visual design, game development workflows and pipelines, world building, general game development software skills Experience in managing art teams Excellent command in spoken and written English, organisational and planning skills
