DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
The Sales Executive proactively identifies and generates a lead funnel which he/she transforms into opportunities and subsequently sales.
He/she mainly works independently within given frameworks on a direct sales approach to dental clinics and dental centers. The role involves a large amount of direct customer interaction through cold calls, visits (with or without appointments) and e-mail communication.
Additionally, relationship building with multipliers, such as Associations, is required in order to increase the lead funnel. Upon closing sales, the Sales Executive hands over the account to CompuGroup Medical’s Professional Service Team but remains in regular contact to evaluate potential follow-up business opportunities.
While the role should be based in Kuala Lumpur/Klang, the designated sales area is largely outside of the KL/Klang area. Travel within Malaysia (e.g. Panang, Melaka, Johor) is required up to 80% of the time.
The role reports to the Head of Sales and is highly target-driven
REQUIREMENT
Equivalent experience in managing dental clinics (as clinic manager or head nurse) and a decent understanding of software and technology, or;
Relationship building skills and experience with partners and customers;
Extroverted personality;
Marketing & sales skills;
Self-motivated independent contributor with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
Self-starter with ability to perform individually in a competitive environment;
Proven communication, presentation, and demonstration skills;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook;
Required language(s) : English
