DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The Business Development Manager position will lead the development of the Funding Acquisition strategy to enable effective implementation of the Indonesia Program Strategy. In close collaboration with the Country Director, Program Director, technical specialists, and other staff as required, the post will lead the business development processes and plans, including donor intelligence gathering, donor mapping, capture planning, prepositioning, proposal development, ensuring alignment with donor requirements, templates and timelines. The post will engage in networks and actively develop donor relationships necessary for the function. The post holder will also take the lead and coordinate with the Monitoring &, Evaluation specialist in ensuring robust knowledge management systems are in place and functioning to support grant acquisition
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or similiar; At least 5 - 10 year(s) experience in Business Development; Demonstrated knowledge of key donors rules and regulations; Demonstrated diplomacy in building relationships and networking with diverse cultures, audiences and in sensitive situations and subject matter. Strong budgeting and data analysis skills; Knowledge of Civil Construction and Indonesian Legislation; Strong Leadership Skill; Outstanding writing and oral skills in English; In-depth knowledge of Word, Advanced Excel skills, Powerpoint, Visio, Project, and Adobe; Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong information management experience
