Responsible for the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructures including troubleshooting, monitor, maintenance and provide on-going support for VPN/Network/ Security Baseline (include Firewall, antivirus and maintain licenses), Servers, Email, WIFI system, Website and other smart gadgets within the company’s IT infrastructure Perform daily system monitoring and review application logs, Monitoring network usage and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as end of day processing, backups operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disk are created, and media is recycled and sent of sites as necessary. Document infrastructure inventory, including server/device configurations, routing information and dependencies between systems. Perform system performance monitoring and tuning, capacity planning and systems configuration. Enforce information security policies in the company and perform regular security monitoring to detect any possible intrusions. Apply OS/security patches and upgrades on a regular basis. Configure/ add new services as necessary. Ensure system maintenance tasks are carried out according to maintenance schedule to ensure optimum uptime Administer IT systems infrastructure, including servers and applications i.e. create, change, and delete user accounts and access control as per requests. Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends to identify potential issues or requirement for improvement or upgrade
