Manage all HR matters (employee database, personnel administration etc) Prepare working agreement for new employees
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor/Diploma Degree major Statistical, Mathematics, Information Technology or Psychology from reputable University with GPA min. 2.75 Having experience as HRD Officer in FMCG, manufacture, pharmaceutical or distributor company with more than 1000 employees Expert in using microsoft excell (pivot table, vlookup, etc) & data processing Detail, analytical, task oriented, fast learner, self motivated and having strong personality Able to work in a team, under pressure situation, and available to work overtime Good command in English both spoken and written Applicants must be willing to work in Cibitung Willing to work 6 days in a week (half day in Saturday) Full-Time position available
