Ensure complaints concerning food quality is handled properly since restaurant manager is essentially the of the business,
For providing consistent superior guest service and ensuring high-level of guest satisfaction and loyalty is driven.
To address all complaints concerning food quality, guest service or any other matters by themselves
Ensures that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement.
Manages time effectively, by meeting deadlines on time.
Manages front of the house and back of the house operations to ensure staffing is at proper levels to meet the needs of the outlet/venue.
Maintains a highly professional, visible, responsive and accessible management presence within the outlets.
Take hands on approach in the operation of his/her outlet.
Conducts monthly inventory checks on all equipment and supplies
Controls the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipemnt and supplies.
All duties and assignments are to be performed according standards.
Flexible to perform other job related tasks as deemed necessary by management.
Resolves any guests’ problems or questions, in a manner that goes beyond what is expected.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
