This role would suit an energetic, creative professional who is keen to demonstrate their personal style through food. Weekend and evening work is a requirement of this role.
REQUIREMENT
Your primary role will be to manage all aspects of operating a fast paced kitchen, and as such you will be qualified and be able to demonstrate a minimum 3 years in a similar position. You are able to lead and develop a team to ensure consistency of quality product, exceptional presentation and service.
