Answering helpdesk telephone & email, and responding to basic customer inquiries Assisting customers in resolving basic technical issues by providing scripted guidance regarding software and hardware issues Logging and tracking inquires using problem management database and maintaining history records and related problem documentation Feedback customer’s concern to the Team Manager for service improvement
REQUIREMENT

Male / Female(preffered) Maximum 35 years old Bachelor Degree from Computer science/information technology or equivalent GPA minimal 3.50 scale of 4.00 Fresh graduate are welcome Fluent in English Good communication Fluent in English and mandarin both oral and write Understand problem solving troubleshoot and IT
