Establish and Lead the design and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals, supporting both short- and long-term business targets.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, providing expert guidance on employment practices, contracts, and labor relations.
Design and implement KPI systems that empower employees to achieve their goals, support business growth, and drive operational excellence.
Lead the full recruitment process, ensuring we attract top talent to join our mission, from factory workers to key leadership roles. Manage mass recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding large volumes of candidates within specified timelines
Lead the development of training programs, training needs, develop strategies, and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives and career growth opportunities, ensuring our employees are empowered to grow within the company.
Build a positive, inclusive work culture through empathetic leadership, fostering engagement and strong employee relations.
Ensuring smooth operations across all HR processes, policies, and compliance and handle the overall General Affairs functions, including office management, vendor relations, asset management, and facility maintenance.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in human capital development
Strong understanding of training methodologies and best practices in adult learning.
Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
Expertise in designing KPI frameworks, performance management systems, and compensation structures.
Proven success in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
