DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Employee Development: Design and implement impactful training and career growth programs. Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to build a high-performing team. Employee Relations: Champion a positive workplace culture by addressing concerns and mediating conflicts. Workplace Maintenance: Ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming. Compliance: Align HR practices with Indonesian labor laws and company policies. General Administration: Oversee daily operations and safety protocols.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Certified HR professional (CHRP). 5-7 years in HR with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Expertise in employee development, training, and workplace administration. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Proficient with HR systems and tools. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws. High integrity, ethical, proactive, and detail-oriented.
