DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop, implement, and manage security measures to protect the organization’s information systems and networks. Monitor and respond to security incidents, including investigating breaches and providing recommendations for remediation. Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses in systems and applications. Ensure compliance with industry standards, laws, and regulations Perform regular security audits and risk assessments to identify security gaps. Collaborate with IT teams and management to implement security best practices across the organization.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT ( with at least 2 years in IT Infrastructure and/or IT Security or a related role) Strong knowledge cybersecurity principles, including network security, application security, and data protection Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, GDPR and PCI-DSS Experienced in managing IT projects, with strong organizational, vendor and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Experience in leading and mentoring a team, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Having a forward-thinking and continuous improvement approach, with the ability to apply innovative solutions to security challenges.
