DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide technical support via phone or email to corporate users. Resolve issues related to laptop, OS, Microsoft Office, and applications. Use ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to log and manage service requests. Handle issues like email connectivity (e.g., Outlook), Active Directory, and cloud computing. Ensure issues are resolved within SLAs and escalate complex cases when needed.
REQUIREMENT

At least completed 2 years in College with 2 years of IT Service Desk experience College Graduate with at least 2 years of TSR experience Knowledgeable with ticketing system such (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, and Jira Service Management) Good to excellent communication skills Amenable to work onsite | BGC, Taguig Amenable to start this February
