DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for the daily operation and brand promotion of AHA Game Center, Select and promote high-quality games suitable for local users, be responsible for the platform's DAU, user activity, and user session length in the market, and achieve usage growth goals. Familiar with the local game industry, able to collaborate with sales and business teams, introduce new game content partners and advertising partners in country, effectively complete business docking, and establish and maintain good cooperative relationships. Responsible for the game market and user analysis of the country, including user behavior, competing product analysis, policy changes, etc.
REQUIREMENT

In-depth understanding of the gaming industry, familiar with local culture, consumer habits, and gaming market trends. Have experience in game platform operation, familiar with game promotion, user growth and revenue improvement strategies and skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to cooperate with sales and business teams to complete the search, negotiation, and signing of partners. possess keen market insight and data sensitivity, able to develop and execute effective market strategies based on Data Analysis. Fluent in local languages and Chinese/English to support cross-border team collaboration. Strong self-motivation, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; at the same time, prossessing good teamwork spirit, able to collaborate with multiple departments.
