DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and operational objectives. Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Manage the company's financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Collaborate with the executive team to make informed business decisions and drive organizational performance. Present financial reports and insights to the Board of Directors and stakeholders. Evaluate investment opportunities and oversee capital allocation to maximize returns.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably within a service company. Strong understanding of financial management principles, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on long-term growth. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Proficient in financial software and Google spreadsheet. Willing to do a business trip overseas
