DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote oncogenomics laboratory services. Detail the features and benefits of precision medicine services to oncologists, physicians, and healthcare providers, emphasizing personalized cancer treatments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in oncology practices, hospitals, and cancer treatment centers (public and private). Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by effectively introducing and positioning our services to doctors and medical professionals. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, laboratory operations, and product development) to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with customer needs. Stay updated on industry trends, medical advancements, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and refine strategies. Gather client feedback to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction. Attend and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and workshops to build awareness within the oncology community. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENT

A degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in oncology are preferred. Proven sales experience (minimum 5 years), with at least 3 years specializing in oncology. Experience in laboratory or diagnostic services is a significant advantage. In-depth understanding of oncology, including diagnostics and treatments. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with medical professionals. Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals in competitive and dynamic markets. Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-focused mindset. Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site at the office.
