DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is preferred. Minimum [Number] years of experience in a senior finance and accounting role. Strong experience in accounting and tax compliance within the fintech, property, or hotel industry is highly preferred. Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is a MUST Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. Willing to be based in Ancol Jakarta Utara Willing to work on Saturdays (half day) Willing to work mobile if needed
