DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers. Prepare regular sales reports for management, tracking performance, and identifying trends or areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and technology advancements in heavy equipment. Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals with key customers. Promote and sell dump trucks to potential clients in the construction, mining, and logistics sectors & Understand clients' business needs and recommend the right dump truck solutions.
REQUIREMENT

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Male, max. 35 years old 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Good understanding of the heavy equipment market, product knowledge, and customer needs. A background or knowledge in heavy equipment, construction, or industrial machinery is often preferred. Supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure daily targets and long-term sales goals are met. Fluent in communicating in English (mandarin is a plus).
